Mackreations Gift Shop requires the customer to consult and accept these terms and conditions. The click validating the order implies full acceptance of these terms and represents the customer's "digital signature".


These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods proposed online by Mackreations Gift Shop for the customer.


Cookies are used for session tracking purposes and are essential for the functioning of the site.

Order Confirmation

All contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchasing act.

Proof of Transaction

The records stored in Mackreations Gift Shop's computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Purchase orders are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.
Customers' order data are also stored for future reference in the case of any warranty claims.

If requested by a customer these data can be deleted.

Product Information

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on mackreations.myshopify.com. Manufacturer and brand names are only used for identification purposes.

Validity Period of Offer and Prices

Our offers and prices are valid for the day the site is consulted and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order. We aim to dispatch any orders in the UK within 48 hours of the order being placed and 72 hours if the order is placed on the weekend. If this is not possible we shall notify the customer by email. Personalised orders can take up to 7 working days.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary. In the case of damage to the product a new, identical product will then be sent to the customer at no additional charge. If this is not possible the customers have the right to a refund of their payment. No exchanges can be made at a later time for goods claiming to be damaged during carriage without notification at the time of reception.

As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found the carrier will reimburse Mackreations Gift Shop, who will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge.

Mackreations Gift Shop shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, bad weather or strikes.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Mackreations Gift Shop will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered unless the customer gives written or email notice of a claim to Mackreations Gift Shop and the carrier within three (3) business days of delivery.
In the event of damage of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered, the customer must hold the goods and make them available for inspection or collection by Mackreations Gift Shop or its representatives on request.

Delivery Errors

The customer must inform Mackreations Gift Shop immediately (the same day or, at the latest, the first business day following delivery) concerning any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order.
Any claim made after this time period can be rejected.

Any claim that does not respect the rules defined above cannot be taken into account and releases Mackreations Gift Shop of any responsibility to the customer.
In the case of delivery error or exchange, all goods to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Mackreations Gift Shop in whole, in its original packaging and in perfect condition to

For claims to be accepted, the customer must first make a declaration to Mackreations Gift Shop concerning any returns and receive the consent of Mackreations Gift Shop. If accepted, the customer will ship the package to The Merchant Address.
Shipping fees shall be at Mackreations Gift Shop's expense, except in the case where the goods do not correspond to the original declaration made by the customer concerning the return.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.


All returns must be postmarked with seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels.

Return Process

To return an item please email us at mackgiftshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return postage charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.


After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed, thereafter your card provider will determine the length of time before your account is credited.


For defective or damaged items please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.


Right to Withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of seven (7) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns need to be indicated beforehand with Mackreations Gift Shop. All goods must be returned to The Merchant Address. The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to orders for any goods made to the customer's specification.
Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted by Mackreations Gift Shop  No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all delivery expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.
If the right to withdrawal is exercised, Mackreations Gift Shop will make every effort to refund the customer within 14 working days. (Mostly refunds will be made as soon as the returned item is received, the 14 day leeway is only in case we are away at the time)


While Mackreations Gift Shop aims to be precise in supplying items purchased, neither Mackreations Gift Shop, any shipper, agency or other intermediary shall be held liable regarding any legal action resulting in discrepancy’s made from the purchase or complications following the use of items purchased.
Mackreations Gift Shop does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the selected items are not in stock, the customer will advised by email and offered other options or can have these items cancelled upon request.

Data Protection

All personal data the customers provide Mackreations Gift Shop with is solely used to process their orders. This data will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection principles outlined in the The General Data Protection Regulation. The data shall never be passed on to a third party.
